Richland picked up another tournament win on Friday. They blew past the Hallsville Bobcats 61-38. That 23 point margin sets a new team best for the Raiders this season.

Richland got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jacob Battles II out in front who posted 12 points and six boards. Battles II is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 63% in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Isaac Wong, who earned 12 points.

Richland smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

The victory made it two in a row for Richland and bumps their season record up to 4-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points over those games. As for Hallsville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Richland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 72-49 defeat against McKinney Christian Academy on the 5th. As for Hallsville, they will host Mt. Pleasant at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bobcats will be up against the Tigers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.43 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
