 The Madison County Cowboys will head out on the road to  challenge  the Aucilla Christian Warriors at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Madison County will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
 Madison County's pitching crew heads into the  game  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Monday. They put the hurt on North Florida Christian with a sharp  7-0 win. That's two games straight that Madison County has won by  exactly seven  runs.
  KELSIE SHEA THOMPSON made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. THOMPSON has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in seven consecutive pitching appearances. THOMPSON was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-5.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  LOGAN BASS, who  went 3-for-4 with four  RBI, a  run,  and a  double. Another player making a difference was  ERIN BURNETT, who  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Aucilla Christian scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Monday. They blew past Wakulla Christian School 14-4. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for Aucilla Christian.
 Aucilla Christian got a  massive  performance out of  Macy Morgan, who  went 3-for-4 with four  RBI, a  run,  and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Megan Wellman, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-4.
 Madison County has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record  this season. As for Aucilla Christian, their victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 8-7.
 The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Madison County has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 10  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Aucilla Christian struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 8.3. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.

One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was  Aucilla Christian's  Emma Vickers, who   struck out 13 batters over  six innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   four  hits. Now that she's  got a second chance to win this matchup, will Madison County still be able to contain  Vickers? There's only one way to find out.
