Softball Recap: White Mountains Takes a Loss

White Mountains was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 4-1 to the Belmont Red Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Red Raiders this season, with their most recent loss being a 14-0 defeat on Tuesday.

White Mountains' loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Belmont, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. White Mountains will head out to square off against Bishop Brady at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Belmont, they will square off against Hillsboro-Deering at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
