Basketball Game Preview: Mount Miguel Matadors vs. Lincoln Hornets + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Mount Miguel Matadors will jump right back in to play the Lincoln Hornets at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Mount Miguel has three straight wins, Lincoln has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Mount Miguel barely beat Foothills Christian the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Matadors took their matchup on Monday with ease, bagging a 92-38 victory over the Knights. That looming 92-38 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Matadors yet this season.

Meanwhile, Lincoln was just a bucket shy of victory on Monday and fell 42-41 to Eastlake.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Mount Miguel, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Mount Miguel couldn't quite get it done against Lincoln in their previous matchup back in May of 2021 as they fell 61-48. Can the Matadors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
