Malcolm faced Ralston in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. Malcolm skirted past Ralston 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Clippers have posted since May 17, 2024.

Malcolm's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Mason Wisnieski, who scored a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.
