Baseball Recap: Eleva-Strum Takes a Loss

The scorekeeper got an easy start on Tuesday as neither Eleva-Strum nor Blair-Taylor made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Cardinals took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. The Cardinals' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Eleva-Strum's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Blair-Taylor, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Eleva-Strum will take on rival Alma Center Lincoln at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Blair-Taylor is set to square off against their familiar foe Whitehall at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
