Volleyball Recap: Gray Stone Day Comes Up Short

Gray Stone Day was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Central Davidson Spartans, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-22.

Gray Stone Day's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Central Davidson, they pushed their record up to 7-8 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Gray Stone Day does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Central Davidson, they will take on Winston Salem Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight.
