Baseball Game Preview: Stafford Spartans vs. Fort Bend Willowridge Eagles

For the second straight game, Stafford will face off against Fort Bend Willowridge. The Spartans will host the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Stafford has three straight wins, Fort Bend Willowridge has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Fort Bend Willowridge's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Thursday: Stafford hadn't allowed a single run the last three times they've hit the field. The Spartans never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Tuesday. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by six runs or more this season.
