Soccer Recap: Gautier Makes It Four in a Row at Home

Gautier kept a clean sheet against Laurel on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Laurel Golden Tornadoes with a sharp 4-0 victory. With that win, the Gators brought their scoring average up to 2.5 goals per game.

They hit Laurel with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kai Braman, Anthony Rocha, DJ Garrett, and Eric Robinson.

Gautier's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-2-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four matchups. As for Laurel, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9-1 record this season.

Gautier will head out to square off against Vancleave at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gautier is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.5 goals per game this season. As for Laurel, they will welcome Wayne County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
