Soccer Game Preview: Pinecrest Academy vs. Villa Rica

The Pinecrest Academy Paladins will square off against the Villa Rica Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pinecrest Academy will be strutting in after a win while Villa Rica will be coming in after a loss.

Pinecrest Academy took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They never let Dawson County onto the board and left with a 4-0 victory. It was an even better day for Matthew Smith Smith as he scored three goals for his team.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Villa Rica was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They lost 3-0 to Trinity Christian.

The win got Pinecrest Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Villa Rica, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
