Baseball Recap: Riverview Sharks vs. Spoto Spartans
After only two runs in their last matchup, Riverview made sure to put some runs up on the board against Spoto on Thursday. The Sharks were the clear victors by a 19-6 margin over the Spartans. For the Sharks, this counts as revenge for the 9-4 win the Spartans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2025.
Parker Burt looked comfortable as he pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in March of 2025.
