Soccer Recap: Arete Prep Comes Up Short

Arete Prep's game on Thursday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Coronado Dons by a score of 2-1. The CHARGERS have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Eduardo Ledesma, which was the first he's scored this season.

Arete Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Coronado, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Coconino the next time they take the pitch. Arete Prep will host Coconino at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Coronado will head out to face them at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
