JJ Dufour posted a new career-high in passing touchdowns on Friday. He threw for 142 yards and five TDs while completing 81.2% of his passes. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Jefferson Area back in October of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Edgewood is 4-1 when Dufour posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Dufour and Edgewood will face off against Lakeside at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dufour will face off against Jj Murphy, the Dragons' star QB. It's not every day two stars like this collide on the field. So who leaves it the victor? You'll have to watch the game to find out.
