Baseball Recap: Taylor Griffins vs. Edsel Ford Thunderbirds
Taylor couldn't beat Edsel Ford on Monday even though they stacked five runs on them in the fifth inning. The Griffins fell just short of the Thunderbirds by a score of 8-7. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Thunderbirds this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 on Wednesday.
Donovin Hill made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those stolen bases were his first of the season. Chauncey Adkins was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
