Baseball Recap: Socorro Finds Home Field Redemption Against Hot Springs

There's no place like home for Socorro, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They skirted past the Hot Springs Tigers 6-5. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

The team relied heavily on Cenyon Scarbrough, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.
