Hayfork Wins 19th-Straight Thanks to Levi Cavalli

Levi Cavalli's big game helped extend Hayfork's winning streak to 19 on Friday. Cavalli did his part (and then some), rushing for 141 yards and three touchdowns on only six carries, while also throwing for 63 yards and a touchdown for the 'W'. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 116 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Cavalli might have his next game, a home matchup with Loyalton, circled on his calendar. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Cavalli saw the Grizzlies), he rushed for 253 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.3 yards per carry.

A Season-Best Performance from Gus Petterson Leads Loyalton over Chester

Loyalton was led to victory by Gus Petterson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Petterson threw for 291 yards and six touchdowns on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown.

Petterson and Loyalton will welcome Hayfork at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Petterson will face off against Levi Cavalli, the Timberjacks' star quarterback. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Xavier Silva's Rushing Yards a New Career-High

Xavier Silva produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Tulelake to the win on Friday. Silva rushed for 148 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries, and also threw for 72 yards and two touchdowns on only five passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 85-yard run.

If the past is any indication, Silva could be in store for another big game when he takes on Burney on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Silva saw the Raiders), he rushed for 43 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 138 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes.

Devin Nanez and Co. Win 19th in a Row

Devin Nanez was instrumental in extending Hayfork's winning streak to 19 on Friday. Nanez was unstoppable, picking up 63 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 50 yards and a touchdown.incredibly, Nanez got all that yardage with just one huge grab

Burney had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Nanez it was a similar story. When Nanez last faced the Raiders back in September, he rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries.

Anthony Bonelli Goes Supernova in Hayfork Win

Anthony Bonelli's big game helped extend Hayfork's winning streak to 19 on Friday. Bonelli did his part (and then some), rushing for 95 yards and a touchdown on only six carries for the 'W'. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 57 yards.

For the year, Bonelli has run in 5 touchdowns while averaging 68.8 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had three rushing touchdowns.
