Volleyball Game Preview: Palma Chieftains vs. More Knights

The Palma Chieftains will face off against the More Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Palma came up short against Carmel on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Chieftains have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-17, 25-14.

Meanwhile, it's playoff time, and More had no trouble coming through when it counted. They had just enough and edged out Pescadero 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Knights sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (101-100) More actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-20, 25-18, 17-25, 15-13.

More's win bumped their record up to 12-16. As for Palma, they now have a losing record of 11-12.
