Volleyball Game Preview: Paramount Pirates vs. Warren Bears

Paramount hasn't had much luck against Warren recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Paramount will challenge Warren at 3:15 p.m.

Paramount is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their seventh straight game on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Norwalk.

Meanwhile, Warren waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Rams.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Warren got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 20-25, 25-23, 19-25, 15-13.

Paramount's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Warren, they pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Paramount suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Warren when the teams last played on March 13th. Can Paramount avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
