Volleyball Recap: Wawasee Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Wawasee can now relate to. They came up short against the NorthWood Panthers on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Warriors' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Hadley Allen paced Wawasee's offense, picking up six kills. Allen really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 14. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Jadyn Klenke, each putting up two.

Wawasee's loss dropped their record down to 4-27. As for NorthWood, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Wawasee nor NorthWood have any future games scheduled.
