Volleyball Recap: Fergus Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Fergus had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to the Broadwater Bulldogs on Saturday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

While Fergus ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17.

The victory made it two in a row for Broadwater and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fergus will face off against Park at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Broadwater, they will take on Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
