Recap: North Miami Warriors vs. Northfield Norsemen        
        
		
            
 The North Miami Warriors had to endure  a  four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past Northfield with  points to spare on Friday, taking the game  57-41. That's another feather in the cap for North Miami, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
 North Miami got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Laney Musall out in front who  scored 29 points along with four  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Musall has scored all season.  Kaiden Hanley was another key contributor,  almost  dropping  a triple-double on 12 points, ten  rebounds, and nine  steals.
 Despite the loss, Northfield still got an impressive performance from   Hannah Holmes, who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 17  rebounds.
 North Miami's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Northfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Miami won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against North Judson-San Pierre at 5:30  p.m.  on January 13th. Hopefully North Judson-San Pierre focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 33 last Thursday. As for Northfield, they will head out on the road to  take on  Madison-Grant at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Madison-Grant will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
