Soccer Recap: Wilmington Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Wilmington Christian Academy was the 2-1 winner over Harrells Christian Academy when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Patriots fell 3-1 to the Crusaders on Tuesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Wilmington Christian Academy came into the contest with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 71st, while Harrells Christian Academy are ranked 222nd).

Wilmington Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 13-2-1. As for Harrells Christian Academy, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-6-1.
