Softball Recap: Thomas Jefferson Comes Up Short

Thomas Jefferson was the 14-4 winner over Bourgeois when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Thomas Jefferson lost 18-6 to Bourgeois on Saturday. Thomas Jefferson has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Thomas Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Bourgeois, they moved to 7-9 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coming up, Thomas Jefferson will be playing at home against Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bourgeois, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-5 victory against Fisher on the 22nd.
