Soccer Recap: Fern Creek Comes Up Short

Fern Creek managed to keep up with Fort Knox until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tigers came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. If Fern Creek were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to Fort Knox when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Fern Creek and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fern Creek will venture away from home to challenge Nelson County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Fort Knox, they will head out to face off against Breckinridge County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
