While Fairview didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-12-2), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Haleyville Lions by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Aggies, who have now won four matches in a row.

Fairview's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. As for Haleyville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-3.

Looking ahead, Fairview will host Pennington at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Haleyville will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Hamilton at 1:00 p.m. on April 2nd. Haleyville will be up against Hamilton's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.18 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
