Softball Game Preview: Nova Titans vs. South Plantation Paladins

Nova hasn't had much luck against South Plantation recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Nova Titans are taking a road trip to square off against the South Plantation Paladins at 3:45 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Nova is leaving town to face South Plantation after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Nova came up short against South Broward on Thursday, falling 15-6.

Aniya Williams made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Meanwhile, South Plantation lost 13-5 to Pompano Beach on Friday.

Nova might still be hurting after the 11-1 loss they got from South Plantation when the teams last played back in March of 2024. Can Nova avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
