Soccer Recap: Lyons Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Lyons duked it out with Waterloo on Wednesday. The Lions fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 3-2. If Lyons were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to Waterloo when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lyons' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Waterloo, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Lyons will welcome Greece Olympia at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Waterloo, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Newark on the 10th.
