Soccer Recap: North Cobb Christian Comes Up Short

North Cobb Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Atlanta Classical Academy Cavaliers. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by just one goal.

North Cobb Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Atlanta Classical Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, North Cobb Christian will head out on the road to square off against North Murray at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Atlanta Classical Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Elite Scholars Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
