It was a good run, but Millard North unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Omaha Westside Warriors by a score of 4-3. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Millard North couldn't quite close it out.

They hit Omaha Westside with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emma Dalton, Melinda Welniak, and Addalyn Rooney.

Millard North's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Omaha Westside, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Millard North will square off against rival Elkhorn South at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Omaha Westside is set to challenge their familiar foe Pius X on Thursday.
