Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Nettleton's Sixth in Last Eight Outings

While Nettleton didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Corinth Warriors by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Nettleton took both sets by at least 25 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0.

Nettleton has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Corinth, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-6.
