Basketball Recap: Nedrose Takes a Loss

Nedrose was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 67-56 to the Bottineau Braves/Stars. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Braves/Stars are ranked 16th).

Nedrose's record is now 4-10. As for Bottineau, their victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3.

Nedrose will head out to take on Dunseith at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Nedrose is facing Dunseith at the right time seeing as Dunseith is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Bottineau has already played their next matchup (against Hazen), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
