Crete and Schuyler are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Cardinals will take on the Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

While Crete's win against Norris wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cardinals had just enough and edged out the Titans 3-2 on Saturday. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Crete were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Saturday Schuyler sidestepped Grand Island for a 3-2 victory.

The Warriors hit the Islanders with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Obed Benazo, Gaspar Juarez, and David Arciga.

The win made it two in a row for Crete and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Schuyler, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Everything went Crete's way against Schuyler in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Crete made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cardinals since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
