Basketball Recap: Soulsville Revolution vs. University Tigers

Soulsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a blow against the University Tigers, falling 77-31. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Revolution this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-22 back in December of 2024.

University found their leader in sophomore Kalina Lambert, who shot 6-for-7 from deep and dropped a double-double on 30 points and 22 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lambert has scored all season. Edniya White was another key player, going 7 for 11 on her way to 17 points in addition to eight steals and seven assists.

Soulsville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for University, they pushed their record up to 16-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Booker T. Washington the next time they take the court. Soulsville will host Booker T. Washington at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while University will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
