Deering barely beat Sanford the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 5-2 victory on Tuesday. Deering haven't had any issues with Sanford recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Deering's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Sanford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7-1.
