Football Recap: West Holt Takes a Loss

West Holt fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Arcadia/Loup City on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 26-20 to the Rebels. The Huskies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

West Holt's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Arcadia/Loup City, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. West Holt will face off against rival South Loup at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Arcadia/Loup City is set to square off against their familiar foe Pleasanton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
