Basketball Recap: Hampton Skates Past Dorchester with Ease

There's no place like home for Hampton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They claimed a resounding 70-32 victory over the Dorchester Longhorns. The match marked the Hawks' most dominant win of the season.

Dorchester's loss on Tuesday came despite strong showings from Max Novak and Owen Vyhnalek. Novak to rack up 12 points, while Vyhnalek posted seven points. That's the most points Novak has posted since back in December of 2024.

Hampton's victory bumped their record up to 5-15. As for Dorchester, they dropped their record down to 1-19 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Hampton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 60-44 win against Giltner on the 14th. As for Dorchester, they have also already played their next game, a 70-22 defeat against McCool Junction on the 14th.
