Soccer Recap: Colony Takes a Loss

Colony was the 2-0 winner over Wasilla when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors on Tuesday. Colony have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Avrie Geigerich wasn't going to let Wasilla walk away unscathed as she scored both of Colony's goals, bringing her season total up to eight goals.

Colony's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Wasilla, they pushed their record up to 3-0-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Colony will host South Anchorage at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Wasilla, they will be playing at home against North Pole at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
