Meanwhile, Morrisville-Eaton entered their game against Cooperstown on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Mavericks fell 4-1 to the Hawkeyes. The contest marked the Mavericks' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Morrisville-Eaton's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-3. As for Oriskany, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
