Sumrall is 0-3 against Picayune since November of 2023 but things could change on Friday. Having just played yesterday, the Bobcats will head out on the road to face off against the Maroon Tide at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Sumrall was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 52-48 to Richton.

Despite the defeat, Sumrall got top-tier performance from Ella Robertson, who shot 67% from the field to rack up 17 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
