Soccer Game Preview: St. Catherine's vs. Dominican

The St. Catherine's Angels will take on the Dominican Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Catherine's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Monday just wasn't the day for St. Catherine's offense. They lost 10-0 to University School of Milwaukee on Monday.

Meanwhile, Dominican kept a clean sheet against Racine Lutheran on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Crusaders with a sharp 5-0 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Dominican considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

St. Catherine's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Dominican, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

St. Catherine's suffered a grim 9-1 defeat to Dominican when the teams last played back in May of 2023. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Angels were down 5-1.
