Volleyball Recap: Atlantic Comes Up Short

Atlantic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Spruce Creek Hawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on March 13th.

Atlantic may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-0, 25-0.

Atlantic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Spruce Creek, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-5.

Coincidentally, Atlantic and Spruce Creek will both be playing Lake Howell the next time they take the court. Atlantic will head out to face Lake Howell at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Spruce Creek will head out to face them at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
