Basketball Preview: Huss Huskies vs. Harding University Rams
The Huss Huskies will square off against the Harding University Rams at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Huss knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Harding University likes a good challenge.
On Tuesday, Huss needed a bit of extra time to put away Palisades. They came out on top against the Pumas by a score of 69-58. The 69-point effort marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Huss found their leader in sophomore Jaleel Smith, who almost dropped a double-double with 32 points and nine boards. Smith's evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. Zaiyir 'Zii' Phillips was another key player, shooting 54% from the field to rack up 20 points in addition to five assists and three steals.
