Basketball Game Preview: Western Panthers vs. Chelsea Bulldogs

Western is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their game on Wednesday with ease, bagging a 79-43 win over Michigan Center. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Columbia Central typically has all the answers at home, but on Wednesday Chelsea proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 48-37 victory over the Golden Eagles. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Golden Eagles: they've now won four in a row.

Western's victory bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Chelsea, they pushed their record up to 15-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Western strolled past Chelsea in their previous meeting back in December of 2024 by a score of 57-42. Will Western repeat their success, or does Chelsea have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
