Volleyball Recap: Ukiah Takes a Loss

Ukiah lost against American Canyon back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Wolves. The Wildcats' loss continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

While Ukiah was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-15, 25-22.

Ukiah's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for American Canyon, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Ukiah will square off against rival Rancho Cotate at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, American Canyon is set to face off against their familiar foe Windsor at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
