Wando faced Bishop England in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Warriors narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Battling Bishops 2-1. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Battling Bishops: they've now won four in a row.

Akhil Jamariya paced Wando's offense, picking up five kills. Jamariya got some help from Henry Seibert and his 12 assists. Charles Angerman controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
