Baseball Recap: Hiawatha Comes Up Short

Hiawatha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the Rossville Bulldogs, falling 13-2.

Hiawatha saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Michael Jensen, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Hiawatha's loss dropped their record down to 6-14-1. As for Rossville, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-7.

As of now, neither Hiawatha nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
