Basketball Recap: John Jay Comes Up Short

John Jay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 60-41 to the Grand Street Campus Wolves. John Jay was probably out for revenge after losing 82-45 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

John Jay's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Grand Street Campus, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-4.

John Jay has already played their next contest (against Summit Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Grand Street Campus will be taking part in a tournament against Brooklyn Law & Tech at 1:00 p.m. on January 26th.
