South Hadley fell victim to Westfield and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bombers by a score of 1-0. The Tigers have struggled against the Bombers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

South Hadley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Westfield, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

South Hadley has already played their next contest (against Easthampton/Hampshire), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Westfield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Minnechaug Regional at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Bombers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
