Smithfield won the last time they faced Toll Gate and things went their way on Monday too. The Sentinels blew past the Titans 55-32. The Sentinels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 20 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Toll Gate lost, don't look at Brooke Richer. Despite the final result, she went 5-for-8 on her way to 12 points and eight boards. Another player making a difference was Lexi Watson, who posted seven points and seven rebounds.

The win (which was Smithfield's third in a row) raised their record to 9-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points over those games. As for Toll Gate, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.
