Wheatland-Grinnell came tearing into Saturday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Logan/Palco by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Tuesday.

Wheatland-Grinnell never let Logan/Palco on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-12.

Aliviah Ball paced Wheatland-Grinnell's offense, picking up 11 kills. Ball got some help from Evangeline Godek and her 15 assists. Natalie Bixenman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wheatland-Grinnell's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Logan/Palco, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.
